Homeslice is where pizza dreams come true. It’s honestly one of my favourite places to eat in London. I get about quite a bit but, when it comes to recommending great food, this is always at the top of my list.
I love the one size fits all attitude and the way you can split the toppings down the middle. Each pizza is £20 for 20 inches. The first time I came I underestimated how big 20inches of pizza actually is.
We went for two pizzas with four combinations of toppings. The corn base is out of this world, especially when topped with caramelised onions, anchovies and olives. Basically, all of my favourite things on a wood fired pizza base.
It was a Monday afternoon and freakin’ cold, when the weather gets too extreme I tend to stray away from my usual uniform of boho blouses and jeans. My look today was based around my beanie hat, which due to the sub-zero temperatures was a necessity, not an accessory.
My look was very normcore with bright red joggers, a grey jumper and an oversized navy coat. I feel like I might look back at these joggers and say ‘what the hell was I thinking, why did I ever like these.’ But, I guess that’s just what experimenting with clothes is all about.
I shared the pizz with my two best friends. These guys are two of the most stylish people I know. I envy every outfit they wear, they are such cool kids.
See, I told you. Just look at them.
Until next time, peace and kisses
