Isabella street is more attractive than Beyonce when she ‘woke up like this’. The railway arches are filled with great restaurants and bars. I can’t wait for warmer weather so I can hang out here (obviously not too warm because me and my white ass can’t handle too much heat).
At the end of the leafy street is Ev, a Turkish restaurant. I love Turkish food, falafel, hummus, bread, olives – yep, I want it all in large quantities.
Ev takes up two railway arches, it’s split into a deli-style canteen and a more formal restaurant.
The food is fresh and full of flavour and the prices are low, low, low. I tried the quiche which was loaded with sun-dried tomatoes and hugged by a thin crispy pastry.
Make-up is usually something I wear to dinner and I recently purchased some great products so I thought I would discuss them here.
I’ve used the MAC foundation since I was 15, I have tried other foundations but was never happy with them and the way they felt on my skin. It wasn’t until recently I felt that I needed something a bit different – my skin is a bit older now and I’m noticing the foundation sitting in the fine the lines around my mouth and eyes. So after some advice at the MAC store, I learnt the key to flawless looking foundation is hydrated skin.
I was told to give the skin oil a try, mixing a small amount in with my foundation.
I’ve been using this for over a week now and it’s great. My skin has more of a glow to it, my foundation looks less ‘cakey’ and it also helps me to use less of it – I would definitely give this stuff a go.

Until next time, peace and kisses
